In 2015 I experienced more health challenges than have in all my 21 years. I must be more intentional with how I fuel my body and how I maintain it.
In 2015 I experienced a surge in my self-awareness as a young professional. I took a class that challenged me to embody multimedia journalism in all that I do. I had two internships #backtoback, two vastly different experiences that collectively taught me a lot about the kind of work I want to do in this industry. In 2016 I must stay focused on solidifying my strengths and improving on my weaknesses as a journalist.
In 2015 I was successful. I laughed. I loved. I flourished. If I do 2016 correctly, I’ll be able to say the same a year from now.
